On Friday, April 12, the CEO class traveled to Flex|N|Gate in Effingham to hear from speaker, Dave Vukelich. Dave shared with us the journey that got him to Flex|N|Gate as well as giving us a tour of the facility. Hearing about the business from an HR standpoint was especially beneficial. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to visit and learn more about manufacturing businesses in our area.
