On Tuesday, April 23rd, the CEO class visited Sherwin Williams manufacturing and distribution center in Flora. Kari Warren and her team shared their insight on the painting/coating industry. Not only did we get to learn about the overall success that Sherwin Williams has experienced over the years through their products, but we also talked with numerous department managers about the systems they enforce in their positions. We took a tour through their facility learning about different stains and how each individual serves a crucial purpose in the creation process. They emphasized how crucial it is to treat others with respect in the workplace, and most importantly, to love what you do!
