On Monday, September 30, the Clay County CEO class had the privilege of hearing from Mary Romeo and Heather French, who shared their expertise on conflict resolution. They emphasized that conflict can be approached in various ways and does not have to result in negative outcomes. Mary stated, "When there is so much diversity, there is always conflict." To translate, not everyone is going to have the same opinion. Their insights encouraged us to view conflict as an opportunity for growth and understanding.
The Clay County CEO class would like to thank Mary Romeo and Heather French for sharing their time and knowledge with us. We greatly appreciate it!
