The team headed to Effingham to visit CEO, Kelly Roepke, at the Y-Yard Auto & Truck, Inc. We were honored to be led on an extensive tour of the facility that boasts a 60-acre automotive recycling center. We learned about the importance of how a strong team aids in the efficiency of a business that is then passed on to the consumer.
