Recently, Clay County CEO visited the Walmart Distribution Center. The morning began as we learned about the Walmart industry from Andrea Shan in the HR department. We were also able to tour the fast-moving and efficient work that happens in the DC with Safety Operations Manager, Ben Gardner. It was an eye-opening experience into the world of distribution. We were also honored to hear from the general manager, Dan Ketcham, as he provided life advice he has gained since working his first job as a cart-pusher at his local Walmart. He stated, "You own your own dependability. Be the person they can count on."
