Clay County CEO recently hosted a visit from Isaiah Fatheree from Clay County Health Department. Isaiah is the Environmental Health Inspector for Clay County and served as a wealth of information for our class as we prepare for individual businesses. Isaiah educated the class on the steps to take to gain a Cottage Food Licence. This license is required for students who choose to do a food-related business for their personal business. Armed with this information, students are ready to begin generating ideas and making choices on their personal businesses for the spring semester.
Thank you, Isaiah, for taking the time to visit and educate these young entrepreneurs!
