On February 6th, our CEO class had the incredible opportunity to listen to a guest speaker, Casey Walk, who shared her inspiring entrepreneurial journey. Casey talked about her experiences in growing the Ginger Ale's Effingham, Ginger Ale's Mattoon, and Ginger Ale's Charleston franchises; shedding light on the challenges and successes she’s encountered along the way. She also discussed her personal venture of owning and operating a food truck called Gate to Plate. One of the most impactful pieces of advice that Casey shared was the importance of having confidence in oneself and being open to taking risks.

Thank you, Casey, for sharing your time and expertise with Clay County CEO!
