On March 25th, the Clay County CEO class had the opportunity to visit Blair’s Slaughtering and Processing, where Hope Horath guided us on a tour of the facility. We observed the butchering process, as well as the refrigeration and storage areas. Blair’s values family-oriented businesses and takes pride in giving back to the community, supporting numerous schools and organizations. We truly enjoyed learning about Blair’s operations firsthand.
